- Not all patients will be accepted for ongoing care based on this assessment
Financial Responsibility
- Consultation fees are due at the time of service
- We do not accept insurance, but do accept HSA/FSA cards
- All testing and program costs will be discussed during your consultation
- You are not obligated to move forward with testing or programs after the consultation
Cancellation Policy
- 48 business hours’ notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations may be subject to fees
